About Dr. Royer

Hello and Welcome. I’m a naturopathic doctor focused on women’s health, offering a whole-person, individualized approach. I use comprehensive evaluation tools to understand your health and guide care. Treatment plans are personalized and may draw from both natural and conventional options, based on what feels right for you and aligns with your goals. I'm here to listen and offer guidance to help you make the best decisions for your health.

Approach to Care

As a licensed naturopathic physician in Oregon, I provide a broad range of medical services—including lab testing, imaging, prescribing medication when appropriate, and offering routine wellness care. I offer both full primary care and more focused naturopathic support, depending on your needs. Some patients see me as their main doctor, while others work with me alongside another primary care provider.I am passionate about supporting women on their health journey—especially through the transitions of perimenopause and menopause. I work to support hormonal health while using a broad-lens and whole-person approach to understand other systems and underlying causes. Whether you're navigating menstrual concerns, hormonal changes, or menopause, my goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident as you move through each phase with vitality and balance. With over a decade of experience, my approach blends naturopathic principles with an evidence-based perspective. I believe in shared decision-making at every step and take time to explain test results, discuss available options, and help you choose treatments that align with your values and goals. Treatment plans are personalized and may draw from both natural and conventional strategies. I grew up seeing a naturopathic doctor for my own healthcare, and I’m honored to provide holistic care to others. I’m here to listen, offer insight, and help build a care plan that feels supportive and sustainable.
